Large engineered indoor and outdoor sand arenas, as well as round pen. We try and groom and water regularly,but will groom on request as well.
Large 12x12 matted stalls, with split rear doors,attached all weather paddocks and automatic waterers. Stalls are cleaned with new bedding added daily.
We feed only top quality eastern Timothy Orchard grass. Owner has choice to add Orchard Alfalfa to suit horses needs. We feed 3-4 times daily to eliminate boredom during limited turnout season. We also feed a high quality grain high in fat with beet pulp, supplements can be added. Free choice salt.
we have 20 acres of cross fenced pasture for turnout. In the summer we have ample grass. We do not overgraze. In the winter we do have a 4 acre sacrifice pasture in which owners can decide if they would like there horse to go out in. All horses have attached paddocks on there stalls and are turned out in arenas while stalls are cleaned. We also take special care in turning out groups to minimize incidents.
Hot water wash rack, with overhead boom nozzle in the barn as well as a cold water wash rack outside the barn.
HOT AND COLD WATER, AND WASHING MACHINE, FOR BOARDERS USE.
We try and provide the best care we can for your horse, we do not charge extra for pulling blankets on warm days or re-blanketing when its gets cold, fly mask,turnout etc. everything that is required for keeping your Equine friend safe and happy so you have a anxiety free horse keeping experience.
